  • Eligibility: We accept returns on most items within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when they were received.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Some items may be non-returnable, including:
    • Custom or personalized products
    • Gift cards
    • Downloadable software or digital products
    • Products marked as “Final Sale”

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at info@viewxtop.com with your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item, including the return address and any necessary forms.
  • You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or was shipped in error.

3. Refunds

  • If the item is found to be used or damaged (other than due to a defect), we reserve the right to reject the refund request or issue a partial refund.
